Adrian FrancisAdrian S. photo

Adrian started helping individuals become healthier in 2004.  From the knowledge he had been acquiring since his teens as a competitive athlete, he began helping small groups achieve their fitness goals simply for his own enjoyment.  Seeing how much of a difference he was able to make in an individual’s life put him on a quest for more knowledge in the fitness industry.  He has facilitated in the operation of fitness establishments, managed individual diets, worked to enhance the physical capabilities of adolescents, and of course personal trained.  Adrian came across The Energy Club by chance, but was ecstatic that he finally found a place where he would want to be personal trained by its personal trainers.   After 17 years of fitness experience and education, he found that The Energy Club’s approach to fitness, aligned with the quality of trainers on staff, was where he wanted to make his stand in the industry.  Moving forward, he wants to meet and encourage anyone who wants to be “better.”
