Kenny Killian

Kenny has been in the personal training business for 17 years and has been a freelance fitness consultant for various sport organizations around the Metro Washington since 1980.  Kenny is credited with for taking beginners to veterans to a greater level of performance through high-intensity strength training, anaerobic threshold training, PNF stretching, and sport specific conditioning specificity.  “Health and fitness are an integral part of my life.

My hearing loss is 90 percent; however, as part of my personal tapestry it has
helped to shape the goal-oriented and sensitive individual that I am today.”

Personal Philosophy                                                                                                                                           The main goal of my training method is to educate in all aspects of conditioning and performance enhancement (How to properly perform an exercise; components of speed/plyometric training; flexibility; developing the proper energy system; Push/Pull techniques; total conditioning program and nutritional guidelines).
